first of all, thank you for your superb service! Alex was outstanding in every way … he waited calmly and patiently for my late flight. He was polite, courteous, and an excellent driver, add to that his car was spotless. Thank you, Thank you.
Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with your car service. Alex was our driver and was so nice, and professional. He was so punctual and unfortunately we hit storms coming into JFK and were delayed over 3 hours, I felt terrible and he was wonderful. I will definitely be using your service in the future and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for removing the stress of getting to and from the airport.

So I travel a lot for work but anytime I come to New York there is no doubts of me using exceptional transportation. First of all they are always on time! Have the cleanest cars I have ever road in. Always have water for you. And the professionalism is on another level. From confirming my reservation the day before to the morning of and to calling once my plane lands! They definitely over deliver. Oh and yea the price! You cannot beat the price, peace of mind and great drivers!

This was mine and my husband’s first time using Exceptional Transportation, but it certainly won’t be our last. The car was clean and comfortable. Our driver, Alex was friendly and down to earth, not to mention punctual! He even text my husband the day before our vacation was over to confirm pick up for the following evening at the airport. What can I say. Exceptional transportation is the best on Long Island. They are kind caring and take good care of there passengers. Alex is amazing. He waiting for me when my flight was hours late.
